Chances are that many of us have some level of heart disease and don’t even know it.
We’ll share several simple principles – accessible to all – that will help reduce stress and strain on your heart and leave you feeling uplifted and more open-hearted.
Instructor Debbie Sheetz is certified by Satchidananda Ashram – Yogaville to teach Integral Yoga Hatha and Stress Management, and is Yoga Alliance RYT500 registered. She especially loves to share the power of pranayama (breathing practices), meditation, and chant in addition to Yoga asanas for all levels of practitioners.
